Chan-Zuckerberg Initiative Genomic Project Logo

This logo was created for a clinical genomic project targeting severe childhood diseases at Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children's Hospital. The project, funded by a grant from the Chan-Zuckerberg Initiative, leverages research and clinical expertise to uncover novel gene variants that cause childhood disorders, with the goal of identifying new treatments for pediatric patients.

The logo design incorporates elements that honor the renowned expertise of the three co-leads of the project and highlights the foundational role of comparative genomic studies with fruit flies that revealed human gene mutations that had long evaded proper diagnoses.
